The Condemned... good or bad? - Blu-ray Forum

Ok people, I just bought two more BD's from the CC sale. They had to price adj by the way, so the pricing we have been getting up till now may be gone. When the movies rang up at full price I said "what about your 1/2 price sale" and the girl said "oh yeah" . Anywho I got The Warriors and The Condemned fro $12.50 each. The Condemned said $29.99, but the girl said "ok half of that is $12.50". Who am I to argue with a lady.

The point is I know nothing about this movie and I have about everything on their shelves, so I picked that one. Who has seen it and should I keep it or just take it in next week and exchange it for something else. Shoot away.

The movie is...okay. I would rent it. Now the PQ and the AQ are awesome!!!! If you want to see the movie that The Condemmed storyline was stolen from you need to get "Battle Royale". It's not on Blu-ray yet but trust me it's a far better movie.

The movie itself was OK, some scenes annoyed me... You will probably guess them when you see them. Great PQ and SQ though.

I'll say this... it was better than The Marine... but's that's not saying a whole lot.

Funny thing about the Condemned...you wind up watching the movie, which was okay. Then you can go back, watch the deleted scenes and you wind up watching another movie.

this is a good movie if you wanna see fighting and action

if your looking for a story line or award winning movie this is not for you haha

Wrestlers are actors. I agree most do suck but look at the Rock hes turned out to be a great actor

Steve on the other hand needs alot of work

Decent movie to rent unless your a blowed em up action freak like most guys then its buy worthy(i have it lol)

And to continue what I was saying earlier, The Rock must be doing something right...The Game Plan has been number one the first two weeks it was out and this past weekend it was only knocked off by Tyler Perry's newest "Why Did I Get Married?"--which is Lionsgate.

I thought it was a good movie. Well maybe not good, but i enjoyed. I purchased it after seeing it on the big screen. Battle Royale is an AWESOME flick. I have it on DVD. It is a much better movie and better plot but Condemened isn't bad either. Whoever said it reminded them of running man and commmando is right.
