I know these aren't the greatest of movies but as a horror fan I enjoyed these movies.. I'm kicking myself for not picking up at Wal-Mart last year for $15.00 .. However now I can't seem to find it at all in any stores.. Was this discontinued then?

I ordered on Target.com back in July but just got the cancel notice this week as they tried to get it and had no luck..

Just buy it online. Here you go, there are tons of used copies starting at like $11.

I used to see it at Best Buy all the time but have not seen it there in a few months now. I never picked it up because I got Nightmare shortly after it came out. I got Friday for $4.99 during the last U&S at Best Buy. I still have not upgraded my Freddy Vs. Jason DVD but plan on doing it soon through http://www.dvd2blu.com/index.html . They have it for $4.95 when you send in a used DVD. No case needed. People have even sent in Digital Copy DVD discs and it still works.

I don't get why some people are so picky about getting used copies. To each his own and all that jazz but seriously, I buy used Blu-rays quite a bit and it's never been an issue for me.

Saves you a bit of cash too.

What does it matter, especially considering it's not in stores anymore? Many of those are listed as "Like New" anyway. But whatever floats your boat, I suppose...

I'm with you about not wanting used discs. I, myself, only have a few used blu-rays and that is only because I got them for $2.99 each. I looked them over like a hawk too. Would have gotten a couple more but I found scratches on them. Typically it is only new movies for me.

Out of Print...Wow! You know what is a good 3 for $15 deal I saw at Wal-mart too is The Departed, Goodfellas, and The Avaitor.

This. I have NEVER had an issue with a used Blu. It's how I get most of mine (who has enough money to buy all of the titles they want? haha).

New copies are available there too.
Deep Discount as well.

Glad someone agrees. All the used Blu-rays I've bought have worked perfectly fine. They were cheap too so it all works out nicely.

I picked it up earlier this year, quite a big display too.

It's a great set, each of the films come on their own disc.

There is nothing wrong with buying used Blu-rays. I do it all the time. If you want to spend more money just to get a brand new copy, then more power to you. I just think it is silly.

Wal-mart use to carry this Freddy/Jason triple feature set; I got it around Summer 2011 for $10 (when Walmart accepted a Best Buy Upgrade & Save coupon).

On sale at Best Buy until March 2nd for $14.99. All the copies I've seen at three separate locations have slips.
