Default SI Black Diamond or Reference?

So I am in the market for a screen. I know there are tons of "which screen should i get" threads but i have two to choose from.

The company i work for gives us a discount on SI screens and i just need to know if the black diamond is worth the extra money.

Projector is Epson 8350, it will be set up in the basement with one window but black out blinds. So my big question is....since my HT will be set up in low light, should i spend extra money on the bd? Price for the 92" Fixed Black Diamond is $1311 and 92" Fixed reference is $760. Both really good prices but if i will not see a big difference i will save the $550.
