We gotta be honest here, like NARMAK said, Superman would easily take out the Hulk and pretty much all the others - the only one he might have a slight problem with is Thor, but I'm sure he'd sort him out after a bit. I much prefer Marvel as a company just because their characters are more easy to relate to and care for -- especially in cinematic terms -- but DC have created stronger characters over the years (apart from Batman who is just a man with lots of disposable income).

We can all dream, but will the companies ever agree to putting this on the big screen? I think probably not.

How? Is he going to break his own rules and use Scarecrow's/Ra's al Ghul toxin on them?

Also DC is incredibly unrealistic in the strength department of its heroes, also their huge event series tend to suck hard.

I would match them up differently but as for how u have it I would go with the winner in bold:

It would be the DC stable all the way, except Captain America could beat Batman. It'd be an absolutely amazing fight to witness, but you have to think, Cap is literally the pinnacle of human development. The super-soldier serum has put him, quite literally, at the peak of human ability. Batman, for all his training, just can't attain that. It isn't possible to do naturally. But, it'd be glorious to see the two just duke it out.
