I hate Warner Video's online shop

I hate warner video's online shop. Like most of you I had placed a couple of pre-orders for Blade Runner and Harry Potter -- using the 25% off coupon.

Well, I recently accepted an American Express Credit Card upgrade and because of it my CC number changed.

So I called warnervideo this morning to ask them to update my CC number on the orders, and right from the bad I found the Customer Support representative less than friendly.

She also insisted the only thing she can do is "cancel" my order. She said they cannot update Billing information and they can also not issue me a new 25% off coupon. WTF? So I told her to go ahead and cancel. (what else can I do?)

Then, going back in to re-order (luckily I found a new 25% coupon on this site) .. I noticed they increased the prices on the Blade Runner Sets. So now I I have to pay close to 90 bucks for the ultimate + collectors set, instead of the 79 price I had previously.

I am soo pissed off right now. Since that is close to Amazon prices now, I am thinking of saying "screw you warner" and order from Amazon instead.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Bastards!
