Germany Halloween 3 Media book German release

Hello

I have just learned of this release or future release more like and would like to know if any one knows the following:

1. Is a media book a digibook by another name and if not what is it exactly
2. Will the release with the english cover be english inside or in German
3. Does any one have a link that shows whats inside exactly

Thanks in advance

Where in those links does it show what's inside exactly as the OP requested?

Thanks for the links but I have seen those, I just need to know if the writing inside is in english as I see it as a pointless exercise buying a digibook in German and I cant read it and its not cheap either.
Thanks

I don't know what a Digibook looks like, bute here you see an example for a media book. The link is for the DVD Halloween 2 Mediabook. There is still no linke with inside view of Halloween 3, 4, 5 and 6 BD mediabooks.
It hat plastik at front and/or backside, and some pages in between.

If there is text in the coming Halloween 3, 4, 5 and 6 Mediabooks I would assume that even with the english titled front and spine the texts inside and on the backside will be in german.

The writing. It says exactly what's inside, not just the features of the disk (which it shows), but it says what a mediabook is, a Blu-ray, a dvd, and a soundtrack cd. There's nowhere on the 'net indicating if there's a booklet inside, just all the other contents.

I haven't seen any indication it's in English. The Halloween 4 and 5 mediabooks have 2 covers, one German and one English, but Halloween 3 has two English language covers, so even if one had English writing on the inside you wouldn't know which one until it arrived. I checked the website's forum where NSM (the blu-ray's publisher) posts and there was no indication there. I'm getting the 4, 5, and 6 English language covers which I believe are cover B for all three, but the Halloween 3 cover A is what the U.S. poster art is, so even if the inside of my mediabook had English writing I'm not sure which Halloween 3 mediabook would have such. I'll post impressions when I get one of the disks and follow up when I receive the next two, and I'll let you know if there's a booklet inside.

There are also a german cover writing and an english cover writing for H3:
german cover writing:

It has written "Die Nacht der Entscheidung" under the Title "Halloween III"

while english cover writing:

states "Season of the Witch" under the Halloween 3 title.

Missed the Season of the Witch writing on cover A, thanks (odd though that the English cover B is not the U.S. or U.K. poster art). Ok so now it should be clear cut if the B cover releases will all have English writing on potential inside booklets.

I believe it's a direct port of the US Scream Factory release incl the extras. Not a bad thing, Just sold my US copy to upgrade to this one

Please let us know how it looks and sounds, and compare it to the Scream factory disk if you can.

Here it is:

http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B009...A3JWKAKR8XB7XF

10 Euro's more expensive than DTM but at least Amazon will ship it fast, Placed my order for it with DTM last Fri and it still hasn't shipped despite stating that it's in stock

Well i dont have the scream factory one as i only have a B region player, all i can say is that as the other person mentioned it looks like it's just the same version, as the scream factory one the extras are by scream factory, picture looks great, although when i viewed the filmographys it was all in german, oh well never mind, fun commentary tracks, which you will have anyway, and also the soundtrack not the new expanded version that Alan Howarth did the other year, which i have, you get the Varese sarabande version that was released years ago, and the making halloween season of the witch, and visiting the shooting locations, stills and trailer, with postage it cost me £49, although i did recieve it next day, to me in UK from Germany, DHL

Diabolik DVD in the U.S. is selling these "mediabooks" for $44, which is very pricey IMO for a set that just includes the film on 2 formats (DVD & BD) and a CD. I didn't see any extras listed or specs so proceed with caution. These could be old masters - there's no telling what you're getting here unless someone posts a review. I find the packaging alluring and am tempted to buy Halloween 6 but I can't justify paying upwards of $50 with shipping for a potentially mediocre transfer and no extras. I love that they call it Halloween 6 instead of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers.
