Whenever I watch a blu ray, I have to turn the Digital Noise and MPEG filters off in order to get a clear, crisp picture, which then looks beautiful. The problem is that when I turn off my TV, and even though the filters are still off, the picture looks mediocre when I turn it back on again. I have to reset the default picture settings and turn the filters off once again in order to get the best picture. Does anyone know why this is?
