I don't want to start a flamewar or anything, but I am getting really bad vibes about Warner. My worries won't rest until Warner announces that they will continue their Blu-Ray support. (Whether exclusively or not)

They have plenty of times...do you need to hear it everyday?

Just to reassure HK-48, only a month aggo, they re-iterated their position (CEDIA).

At the end of the article it even tells you why it would be silly (at this point in time) for them to chose only 1 format.
Now, after Xmas, with a look at the sales, that will be a different thing alltogether

I know I'm not an insider, but just wanted to point something out about this. New Line and Warner are sister studios. I believe they will go together if they go. Look at what New Line is doing with releasing multiple BDs day-and-date while delaying the HD DVDs until later (reportedly because of region encoding). While I think the BDA should be doing something along the lines of 1.1 players at lower prices to appease both Warner and Universal (Universal has seemed to make it clear that this is something they want), I don't think you should be so worried about Warner given what New Line is doing.

They just recently announced T3. What more do you want?

I feel pretty good about WB right now.
