Default Help putting music onto PS3

Hi,

I have a DVD-R of MP3s I made long ago and I put them on the PS3 with no problem and then went and found the album artwork.

But,.. Now I have more stuff and I don't remember how I used "Exact Audio Copy" to make the MP3's. I tried using Itunes to make files and they could be transferred to the PS3 no problem but artist and album data was all missing and no way I'm going to use the on screen keyboard thingie to add that to all the songs.

Basically, I need suggestions for getting a couple of CD's onto my PS3 with album art and artist and album info. If I have to dig out the cover art from Amazon I'm ok with that, but how are other people making files with artist and album titles embedded.

Thanks and Sorry I'm so clueless about this,

-Brian

If your computer has AAC, WMA and MP3 codecs installed, just use RealPlayer.

Select the songs on the DVD-R, then name them and put the album covers in there. No need to re-encode. Burn them onto another DVD-R and you're set to put that disc in the PS3.

Thanks,

I remember how I made the MP3's with EAC now and why, So I'm making them with that and then just adding the album art manually on the PS3 with a flash drive.

I have bad memories of realplayer being spamtastic and I don't want to download that. But,.. anyway, you did help because I remembered what was missing in terms of my MP3 compression codec.

Thanks and Good Luck,

Brian
