its an alliance release so I highly doubt bb will have it or evenif they do will be a dif version

I'm hoping it's akin with the other Tarantino films released by Alliance.

Doesn't mean anything. If they are listing that they are getting a steelbook, they are getting a steelbook.

Well if BB is getting a steelbook (not a blanky) but a REAL steelbook, then I would just get that one of course. But if not, I'll do group buy.
