How rare is the Blade Runner Steelbook? - Blu-ray Forum

I found one at my local HMV for 21.99 in mint condition. Is it rare? I need to know if I should buy it or not.

id say its probly worth more then the $22 ud pay for it but idk about rare.

Based on that link, it's really dependent on how badly you want it. It doesn't really strike me as a must have deal, but it's a decent price.

Yeah and plus its just the Final Cut. I have been wanting to get the 30th Anniversary Edition with all the cuts. I might just leave it if it isn't rare.

I got the digibook off jr.com pmed to walmart as the digibook wasn't release here in Canada. they digibook is pretty nice and has all the cuts.

the stock on Amazon.ca got depleted pretty quickly on this one when they were selling it for 9.99 during their steelbook sale a few weeks ago. I got 2 at that price and sold one to my buddy at my cost. it's a nice looking steel. i think it's better than the white UK one.

Honestly the UK blade runner steel is not Rare at all...

The version you want to get if you can find one is the Canadian one, with the black cover. It is alot nicer imo and its also pretty rare.

I dont understand why alot of people didnt talk more about this canadian steelbook, it looks great. This steelbook is very underrated IMO.

we were talking about the Canadian release. its not rare they still sell them at hmv

I didnt know that. I know amazon has been sold out. Average price for a copy from what i have seen on ebay is between 50-60 bucks

I still like the canada version more than the white covered one that was released everywhere.
