Did this come out in the end, Scheduled for a March 13th release.

The UK edition has been postponed till Sept to coincide with the release of the remake.

Amazon.es doesn't have stock or DVDGO or FNAC.

Guessing it's been held back in Spain too

I bought my Canadian version back on Jan 2 2013 from Amazon.ca .
I see that now it is only available from sellers who want a small fortune for it and the copy is only region A.
It's listed in my Blu-ray collection.
Good luck getting it.
