It is definitely NOT a major Dutch retailer, probably a small business which will buy the steelbooks from one of the major retailers and re-sell them.

If the steelbook goes live, you'll be able to order them from http://www.bol.com/nl/index.html, the only major Dutch retailer that ships internationally (shipping prices are high though).

I will post the link as soon as it is live...

Ive used them before, I got my Tintin steelbook from there, excellent packaging if you choose their 'best steelbook packaging' option (loads of bubble wrap and in a box) costs a couple of euros more but its well worth it, and it was delivered to the UK pretty quick too...
