Moderator Approval? - Blu-ray Forum

Hiya, I'm a longtime lurker and new poster, and I posted a somewhat lengthy review of the HD version of Hard Boiled that comes with "Stranglehold". However when I finished the post it said it needed moderator approval, and this was perhaps 7 or 8 hours ago. What did I do wrong, and what can I do in the future to avoid this delay

Hi Kremin!

You didn't do anything wrong - the forum has a preventative "filter" in place for newbies. If the member's first five posts have links in them (or even if the new member quotes a post with a link in it) they are automatically reserved for moderator approval before appearing on the public forum. This was done in order to catch spambots and their various "free cell phones and Viagra!" crap... works like a charm, too!

I'll find your review and approve it if it hasn't been done already. ^_^

if there's a link in it and you are new (like me) it gets moderated until you get to a certain level (for which i do not know)

Think it is only 5 posts might be 10.
