Nice! I would have thought this would come from olive films, wasn't it part of the republic pictures library? Awesome nonetheless!

It was a Showtime Networks production. I'm not a big fan of a lot of 90's horror movies either but I enjoyed Body Bags and will grab this.

It was and Artisan released it back in 1999 as a combo pack and in 2000 as a single release. Unfortunately, Lionsgate hasn't release much of their library since they acquired Artisan or Paramount since they've acquired Republic Pictures.

I've looked for this over the years and always wondered why it was never released.

I remember being a kid and thinking the old guy at the begining was really cool introducing the stories....

Not until much later I realized that it was John Carpenter, seeing him in a behind the scenes of Escape From New York or Halloween.

Sounds like scream factory is going to keept getting a good portion of my paycheck if they keep doing these releases.

This better be the uncut version as original shown on Showtime. The DVD was a travesty.

True that. I only kept the dvd to keep my Carpenter collection right, but never watch it as I got an uncut dvr that looks almost as good as the dvd anyway.

Wonder what the ratio will be for blu, probably cropped to 1.78 but I don't care as long as it's uncut. If cut, I don't know what I'll do. I have faith is SF to do it right or not do it though.

Amazing news, and really among the last things I thought I'd ever see on blu!

I remember this being pretty tame...what was exactly cut out of it?

Hair was my fave as well. I always see that guy in stuff and remember him getting the "hair" transplant

Plenty! Check it out here- the uncensored version is much, much gorier. An entire sequence with Wes Craven was also eliminated from the edited R-rated cut. This is one I wouldn't buy unless it were uncut - the full version has a whopping five minutes of gore that's been deleted. That's pretty significant.
