hmmm wonder if this means that the uk one is the same steelbook and doesn't have the blue strip on the top of the case

Yep, looks like identical SteelBooks w/ different j-cards probably
They hardly ever print banners directly onto SteelBooks anymore...

German Universal titles always have the spine upside down! So the Steelbooks will be NOT identical.
