Australia Scream (1) Blu-ray 2009 / 2013 Differences Question

I was planning to buy the Scream films on Blu-ray sometime soon and I noticed that there was a new release for the first film by Roadshow at the shop I saw it at:

I've seen the original 2009 release by Icon Home:

and I noticed that this had a 4% higher pitch that PAL conversions typically have but it still had a 1080/24p encode for some reason.

I know that the Roadshow release of films 2-4 aren't plagued by this issue so if anyone has the Roadshow release of the first, has it been re-encoded without the 4% higher pitch or is it straight ported from the Icon Home/2009 release?
