I love firmware updates. Nothing like new features, better stability, and faster load times for free. Like getting a new player. How do you feel about them?

I talk so much about the Format War and Blu-ray to my girlfriend sometimes her eyes glaze over, and she just kind of nods at every sentence, "uh huh". Then I'll ask if she was listening, and she'll tell me, "well, as long as your happy, I'm happy..." Gotta love it.

I've been checking the "System software" icon on the XMB everytime I turn on/off the PS3 for the past four days.

Firmware...what's not to love....you are getting a new machine everytime you do an update with out spending a dime.

I do a daily check of the PS3 firmware update, I thought we were going to get a firmware on OCt 31, oh well I'll keep hoping

When they make an obvious improvement, like the last one that enabled my Panny to play the LOTR extended DVD's.

I guess I regard them mainly as a chore - but it is great that we can update our players relatively easily, rather than just stand by and watch as the grow obsolete.

Same here! I am so excited to see what future updates come out for this thing. I am still hoping for DTS-HDMA decoding and it being updated to Profile 2.0 status.

I own a Sony BDP-S300. I registered it with Sony. Should I assume since I have not received any emails about firmware updates, that there are none for my player?

Choice B: Hell yea!! I really want a woman who can't decide if she's a Jewish prophet, British, a children's book-writer, or just a plain-old *****!!!

C: No she did not. He donated ***** so a surrogate egg could be fertilized and implanted in her. They once did a brief skit on this in the Donny and Marie show. It was dark and stuff... was very suggestive.

Family Guy spoofs this as well. Both are laying in bed with the cover pulled up and Donny says, "Mom must never know about this."

Angelina Jolie, has been known to make out with her brother. Now THERE is a freak.
