I don't know what i'm doing wrong, but every single file I throw at this program, just completes immediately and thats it. I once got a file to get to 5% and it bombed out. I have never had success with this program, not even once.

According to the online manual, this occurs when the codec is not compatible, so although I'm trying to convert AVI's into AVC it doesn't know what to do with my AVI's and quits.

I hate programs that claim to do something and don't do it.


Please help.
