Question about the Friday the 13th collection

First, what movies does it come with? I know it comes with all the Friday the 13th movies but does it also come with Freddy vs Jason and the Friday remake?

Second, are the movies the unrated cut?

Lastly, Is Friday 3 in 3D? I don't have a 3D Blu-ray player or a 3D TV. Or at least is there an option where you can watch it in the standard format?
