Australia Red Hill (2010) - Best version?

Hey guys, I'm trying to find the best release for Red Hill. I can't find any info on the Australian release but by the looks of the reviews, the UK release (from Momentum) has a couple good special features where as the US release (from Sony) has nothing but the US release has better picture quality while the UK release's isn't that great?

I'm not sure how accurate that review is for the UK release but if that's true, that makes things difficult. Picture/Audio quality will always come first obviously but special features are a serious deciding factor here.

I imagine someone from Australia owns the Aussie release of Red Hill... Can anyone give me info on it or give me some guidance as to which is the best version? The Australian release is from Sony as well. Does that mean it's a direct port of the US release, no special features and all? or is it the best of both worlds... Sony's transfer with the UK special features?

I don't know if it's anything worth batting an eyelash at or if it's true but I also noticed that the Australian release is listed as 97 minutes while the UK and US release is listed as 98 minutes...

Trailers: Sniper Reloaded, Faster, Justified & BD Live access

Running time of 1:37:30
Audio: English DTS-HD MA 5.1
AVC Codec with a 20.6 gig stream.

To my eyes it looks pretty damn good, but... I'm no expert.

Why do you say that?

Here's the UK special features:
  • 24 Days of Adrenaline
  • Storyboard Comparison
  • Deleted Scenes
  • Trailer

The UK disc is DNR'd. There's one point in the film, where the DNR has completely erased part of a road(!). If anyone missed that, they're blind.

The Australian release appears to be a port of the the US disc and Sony's transfer is golden.

Yeah, it sucks that it's barebones, but the extras were all fluff anyway, if I recall correctly.
