Edit (10/18/2013): Due to the delay of Drive Club ("early" 2014), Contrast will now be free at the PS4 launch with a PS+ subscription, along with Resogun

Contrast is a 2D/3D puzzle/platformer, set in a 1920's vaudevillian, film noir dreamscape, full of cabaret, illusion and performance.

You play as Dawn, the imaginary friend of a little girl, Didi, and you have the power to shift from the 3D world into a 2D shadowscape, by becoming your shadow.

Didi’s family isn’t perfect – her mother is a cabaret singer focused on her career, and her father isn’t around any more. As her imaginary best friend, you must use your shadow shifting abilities to solve complex puzzles, in order to help Didi investigate the secrets that lie behind her troubled family.

Wow, that actually feels kind of inappropriate. Still, I'm happy I'm saving 10 to 15 bucks.

Nope.

You will be getting both. You will get Contrast first.

It's not entirely 2D gameplay-wise from other footage I've seen, only when you become a shadow on the walls, otherwise it's 3D roaming.

Was buying Driveclub so the PS+ version didn't matter to me. So while the delay sucks I am happy to get this free instead

I'm trying to purchase the game from the web but when I add it to my cart, the price change to 14.99, yet free in the game page

buy it from the console. That happened to me with Binary Domain

Anyways, I really like the mechanic behind this game. Im glad it was added as a Plus title bc I wouldn't have played it otherwise
