Arrow S1 not showing up in Vudu?

Hi, has anybody else having a problem with Arrow S1 not showing up in their Vudu account, I redeemed it through Flixter and it is showing up there and in my Ultra Violet account but it is not porting over to my Vudu account. Just curious if it is just me or others also. Thanks for any info on this.

hope for your sake it does in the next couple days, as same thing happened when I redeemed Big Bang Theory Season 6 when I redeemed through flixster....you're best off redeeming your uvs through vudu if that's what you use, otherwise you may have a nightmare between vudu and flixster trying to get it fixed....

and just noticed, it's not Ultraviolet on vudu either, not yet anyhow, that might have something to do with it...

You are correct, I have been in touch with Ultra Violet for the last day and they are not sure why it is not showing up in my Vudu account so they have forwarded on my issue to Vudu because they believe the problem is on their end. So hopefully I will here back from Vudu about this issue soon. I was just curious if it was only me having this issue. Thanks for the reply.

new release, vudu is sometimes slow at adding these, they still have not added Vampire Diaries Season 4 yet either and think it's going on 3 weeks that has been out.....

There's at least a redeem button on vudu, which more than likely they just need some ok or something to add it as ultraviolet, hopefully then it shows up....

Definitely gonna redeem all of my tv series thru Vudu only from now on so I don't have to go through this b.s. anymore.

Do so with your movies also, flixster has the same problem at times with some movies also.....even though always emailed them back and they fixed them to work in vudu later

and this is not a flixster only issue either, I got some vudu movies that are ultraviolet, mostly ones I did through D2D that won't show up in flixster either, but I don't care for flixster anyhow, so no big deal to me...

Have you tried redeeming it on VUDU separately?
(Still waiting on mine to come in the mail, but that works on WB shows sometimes).

if he redeemed it in flixster won't be able to on vudu.....I tried that with Big Bang Theory Season 6 after I redeemed already on flixster......that only works with HBO shows to my knowledge...

That is the case for uv enabled shows on VUDU, but I feel like that has been the case with some wb shows that weren't uv on VUDU at release. (Like...supernatural? Maybe?)
They may have fixed it though. Back with the Batman animated releases you used to be able to redeem them twice and they WERE uv enabled on VUDU, but those days are gone.

It ill show up on VUDU as soon as VUDU get's the UV rights which I'm sure they will.

Correct, Warner seems to be keeping a few of their television releases as a timed-exclusive for their Flixster service. VUDU does eventually get around to obtaining UV rights for the shows, but it might be a few weeks/months.

Just received this response from Vudu about Arrow S1. If anybody has redeemed if directly from Vudu instead of Flixter I would like to know about it since they state they do not have the rights even though it has a UV redeem on their Arrrow S1 page. Berry.

in other words you got to wait until they get the ultraviolet rights, but there is no time table of any kind, you should have redeemed it through vudu....and yes they got a redeem button, but it doesn't have the ultraviolet symbol....

I redeemed my code for Arrow: Season 1 directly at Vudu, and it worked fine. But I do notice that it's not UV-compatible yet.

The same thing was happening a week or two ago with Person Of Interest: Season 2, Big Bang Theory: Season 6 and Revolution: Season 1. Vudu didn't add UV-compatibility to those titles for about a week. So give it a couple days and it'll probably show up.

If that is true, then nobody should be able to redeem their UV code from there Arrow season 1 set thru Vudu. That is what is so annoying to me. I guess I am just going to have to wait until it shows up some day in my que.

I went through the same thing with BBT: Season 6, gave it a couple days and it showed up....

I suggest that you take your original code and re-enter it on the Vudu redeem page for Arrow Season 1. See what happens.

I redeemed directly on Vudu (not at Flixster). But I redeemed Big Bang Season 6 on Flixster and Bang appeared on Vudu in 24 hours.

Nothing makes sense anymore.

It's simple, redeem a code only where you plan on using it, learn from the past....
