WalMart TV on DVD $40 End Cap

stopped by walmart yesterday and they had a $40 TV on DVD end cap setup.

What I remember was:

-Clint Eastwood Collection
-Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!: Complete Series
-Looney Tunes Golden Collection 1-6
-Rome: The Complete Series

a few others I don't remember (was in a hurry so I was only able to stop and look for a minute)

Great deal on the Looney Tunes set...I'd probably pick it up if I saw it in WM (no display when I was in one last night).

edit: tried another WM on the way to Best Buy earlier and they didn't have this, either. Bummer.

yeah it was definitely a new display (not sure when it was put in though), every other time I'd passed by the same area they had something else on display.

These come in the size of a regular dvd case $14.99 each at AMAZON (these are single disc version instead of flipper discs).
Box set with both plus fold out packaging is $16 more

Anyone have more word on this? I've visited 3 WMs and called another 4. None have any idea about this promo.

check again about a week. i found some in strongsville ohio today but they were hidden in the back of the electronics dept by the cheap video games, no fancy display they were just sitting on a shelf. picked up the looney tunes and scoobydoo set. they also had the rome set, roots, and 4 different best of sets like comedy, action, thriller and musicals i think.

Still no luck. I tried earlier and one of the guys in electronics found a store about half an hour away that was showing a couple copies each of these sets. But, after staying on the phone with them for what seemed like forever as they looked around the store... they couldn't find any of them.
