Damn I got way too excited there without realizing there's also Italian and French dialogue. Is there any news on an English-friendly release? I've been hoping to see this.

This summer there was still no U.S. distributor, but the film played in many metro areas, including mine. Basic knowledge of Italian/French is enough, but without it this film is stil quite the experience. The "techno-western" description is very appropriate

This is the type of film that Masters of Cinema should have picked up for their contemporary line. They are the label that will treat it with the respect it deserves.

If you can, go see it in a theater - with a good sound system

Yeah this is one of a handful of 2012 films on my wishlist that haven't yet got a US or UK distributor. MoC would've been a dream come true, or New Wave Films who seem suited to picking up the risky films that Artificial Eye don't go for.

I was going to ask if I could get by with primitive Italian/French, but I'll probably hold off as when I contacted my local cinema programmer about the film he did allude to it being screened in the near future. I'm a fan of Vitalic and I'm glad you confirmed it as being a very cinematic experience, watching that trailer I find it hard not to think that I'll love this.

Another 2012 film I've been itching to see with no idea of when I'll get the chance is Libbie D. Cohn & J.P. Sniadecki's People's Park, do you have insight on whether that will get a public DVD release?

hello,
to be more precise: the movie original dialogues are 60% in english and 40% in italian. There is absolutely no french in it. This movie is a cult with VINCENT GALLO and VITALIC at their top.
