iTunes Work Around/XML Question - Blu-ray Forum

So i'm having problems with this. I used the work around and entered the codes, and the movies will not show up in my iTunes. Any help?

Not all movies are in the cloud. Which movie is it?

Inside iTunes make sure iCloud has the checkmark in the preferences>store>show iTunes purchases.
If on a PC I think preferences might be settings or something like that
