Got this one yesterday

Fully uncut and pretty decent transfer showing a good amount of detail and some light grain in darker exteriror shots

Audio 2.0 and 5.1 English

Extras comprise of directors commentary and 55min documentary

All things considered not a bad effort and the film still holds up surprisingly well.

I just received this today. Unfortunately, I can't definitively answer this; but I can tell you what is on the packaging. It says 5.1 DTS-HD MA and 2.0 DD, which is odd considering there's no where to select an audio option on the menu. Wouldn't the core for a 5.1 DTS-HD MA track be 2.0 DTS?

Yep. It's locked Region B alright. Overall, the PQ looks very good. It's a filmic presentation with no noticeable DNR. There's a brief, weird artifact in the scene after Dar's dog drags him away from the village that I'm not sure if it is digital or not. All the other artifacts are analog in nature and inherent to the print; and, frankly, except for the scene of the farmers on the hillside before the village attack there aren't many of those.

AQ is decent. I have an older receiver, so I have to rely on BD Info scans to verify what's on a disc, but my AnyDVD HD is out-of-date and because of that it won't allow BD Info to scan the disc properly. Hopefully, someone else can confirm the audio specs shortly.

Happens all the time mate. Depends what transfer they get and from what country.

I think he's referring to the sepia tone that blankets the DVD.
