Default Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions

Me and my partner have recently started collecting these and I thought it would be nice to make a thread to see if others here are doing the same.

This will be a place to chat, share pictures and possibly an ideal place to meet other collectors whom wish to buy/sell/trade.

I'll post pictures of ours soon but for now let's see yours!

I find this site the best for finding certain traditions.
[Show spoiler]They have a complete (to my knowledge) list of all traditions. Discontinued and new to pre-order in the US.
Not found a complete list for the UK but as far as I'm aware the UK only get a handful of what the US does

F.A.Q - under construction
What are Disney Traditions?
[Show spoiler]Disney Traditions from Enesco is the result of combining the magic of Disney with the artistry of Heartwood Creek by Jim Shore. Classics such as Snow White, Tinker Bell and the Sorcerer's Apprentice are distinctively translated into figural form. This unique blend of Disney enchantment and Americana folk art offers you the opportunity to display the magic of Disney motion pictures. Heartwood Creek by Jim Shore has been established for several years and has received numerous accolades, proved successful commercially before combining with Disney characters and stories to produce Disney Traditions. Jim Shore provides a detailed drawing of a new piece to a group of master sculptors, handpicked and trained by Jim over the course of many years. Prototypes and proofs are sent to Jim for revision and approval, and usually after several amendments, molds are produced from these original sculptures for casting using cold-cast resin. In addition, each piece must conform to Disney's own strict criteria according to factors ranging from colour to shape and expression to posture and symbolism, with numerous copyrights to uphold and protect.

Where can I buy them?...Apart from Amazon and eBay!
[Show spoiler]UK:
In-store & online;
Clinton Cards - they offer exclusives and a wider selection in-store
H. Samuel - I find them personally the best in selection and price. In-store selection is much better than online.
Various card/gift/ornament shops

Online only;
Disney Store website (Haven't seen them in-store but if you have please post!)
Argos website (not in-store)

International:
Disney theme parks

Please help expand this list!

I've got 5 of these so far and LOVE his style

I've got 4 of the 6 musical princesses and a huge, gorgeous Sleeping Beauty one

these ones basically

I will get my hands on Aurora and Cinderella eventually

This is probably my fave though and I won it on ebay, box and all, no dents/breaks etc for about £18 and some change (think the postage was about another fiver. Definitely didnt pay more than £30. Think it was around £25 ish)

There's a few more I've got my eyes on but any over £50 is a bit of an ask personally....no matter HOW nice, even though I'd LOVE these ones

My youngest daughter collects some if them.

We picked up the seven dwarfs on the log in Downtown Disney for 65 dollars plus tax. It was £110 over here in the UK.

My favourite is the black and white steamboat willy

I have a lot of Jim Shore's Mickey stuff. You can find a lot of his stuff in Hallmark stores.

Here is some of my stuff.

I have probably about 10 of these figures now. I finally bought a display case from IKEA to show them off. I'll have to take a pic and upload it sometime. I definitely like the style and wide variety that Jim Shore offers. I recently was able to dedicate a room in the house for a home theater and something I'd like to do is gradually fill it with various memorabilia. The Jim Shore figurines are probably my favorite type right now and I plan on gradually collecting more. I know I'm getting a few more for Christmas including the Fantasia symphony statue.

My wife bought me the Jack and Sally ones a few years ago, but our house keeper broke Jack .

I did however get the wedding Mickey and Minnie, and the cool part about that is our wedding cake topper was a porcelain version of that exact same pose and figure set! So glad he decided to make that one!

Oh and I bought my wife the Cinderella one with the word "Dream" with her leaning on it. That's her favorite Disney film, and Dream is kind of her philosophy at her job (she's a teacher for Dream Middle School in Florida).
