Default Harlan Ellison PO'd at Paramount?

<SPOILER ALERT>

For the Star Trek movie in production.

Buddy of mine linked me to this at aintitcool.com. Photos of young Spock are posted, as well as some invisible-texted plot spoilers; not so invisible is what purports to be a complaint from Harlan Ellison about the film's content. I won't go into detail so as not to ruin anything for anyone, but it simultaneously heightened my interest in the film and my pique with Paramount. Read at your discretion.

I don't Know if your a fan of Harlan Ellison or not, but he's written a lot of scripts and been a consultant on many Sci-Fi shows. And he's not one you want to mess with.

I doubt I'd want to mess with Marty Shapiro, either.

The premise of the Guardian was also used by the folks making the New Voyages fan created episodes. I wonder if Mr. Ellison was upset at that?

However, for whatever reason he's upset at Paramount, good deal. Join the club.
