Randomly came across this.. Trying different ways to test redemption...
https://my.vudu.com/ToyStory3Promo.html DC Disc still appears to load iTunes and Windows Media Only... Would be great if they opened up the older digital copies to be redeemed in other services... One can hope! Last edited by moonstep; 01-21-2014 at 05:06 AM. |

Same here. I tried the digital copy disc from the 3D Blu-ray combo and it offers only iTunes and Windows Media Player. I don't know what that link is talking about. Maybe there's a new release of Toy Story 3 coming soon that'll offer more options for the digital copy redemption, but the current Blu-ray doesn't.

It may also be that (like the recently appeared links for Captain America, Thor, Iron Man 2) they are preparing to roll out legacy support, or a new wave of re-releases.
With the Marvel titles I'd assumed they'd wait til a thematically appropriate tie-in, but if it IS a new redemption page for TS3 then maybe it will be a more general thing. |
