press the share button on the ds4 & choose either facebook or twitter to upload them to.

Lol, looks like a flying four wheeler.

Today while playing Need For Speed after crashing I spawned into a broken bridge and was stuck there.

I don't use Twitter but I created a twitter account just for screenshots. I keep it private so that no one else can follow it or view the uploads. This allows me to either download them to my computer or display them on forums without having to worry about keeping up with something else. Hopefully they'll open it at some point though so that you can copy/upload them anywhere you want, without an additional step.

Edit: Also, as long as the Twitter images stay there, it is convenient having them on Twitter so that you can link to them on forums, etc. Some upload services seem to expire pictures after a while so hopefully twitter doesn't. I have no idea if Twitter will eventually do that or not though.
