There are (at least) five different cuts of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), that Paramount have made available on Blu-ray around the world.
United States (North American BD):

--US PG-13 version (1:58:55)
--US Unrated version (2:03:05)
Both seamlessly branched on the first BD-50, along with 72 minutes of HD 1080p extras. There is English audio description, and optional American English, French and Spanish subtitles on the video extras. The audio commentary is on the Unrated version, and is in English, without subtitles.
--Super Sized version (2:23:14)
Occupying the second BD-50, along with 162 minutes of SD 480i extras, and 10 minutes of HD 1080p extras (trailers). This version of the film contains only English: DTS-HD MA 5.1 (48kHz, 24-bit) audio, and American English, American English SDH, French and Spanish subtitles.
International Editions
Outside the North American BD territory, Paramount appear to have released three different editions of the film.
English Territories (UK, possibly Australia and New Zealand also)

On the first BD-50. The UK Cinema version is slightly different to both the US PG-13 version, and the US Unrated cut, and it may have been shown in Australia and New Zealand. According to users who have the UK set, the first disc, with the UK cinema version, contains only English options. According to the back cover, there is English audio description, and English and English SDH subtitles. On this release, the commentary is attached to the UK cinema version, and according to the back cover, there are English commentary subtitles. Presumably, the same 72 minutes of extras that occupy the first disc of the US release are also on this disc, surely also in HD 1080p.
Super-Sized version (2:23:14)
Users with the UK release in hand have reported that the second disc with this edition is identical to same disc in the US release, right down to the audio and subtitles options.
Non-English Territories
There is at least one international cut of the film, that runs 113 minutes, and this version has been released outside of English-speaking markets.

International Cut (1:52:59)
Housed on the first BD-50, along with the same 72 minutes of extras in HD 1080p. The audio commentary remains, and includes English subtitles, as do the video extras, along with whatever dubbed audio and foreign language subtitle tracks are relevant. Here, the English subtitles are in British English.
Now, since this edition comes with only one cut of the film, there is a whole BD-50 devoted to the additional extras, which means that all of the extras that are in SD quality on the US (and I assume UK) editions--the extras on the second disc according to our review of the US set--are now in HD. The only extras in SD 480i are the auditions, which amount to 6:35 and are probably native SD.
All of the extras on the bonus disc have optional English (British English, non-SDH), Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish (Latin America and Spain) and Swedish subtitles.
To be clear, this means that over 160 minutes of extras are exclusively in 1080p on this edition.
Asia and most of Eastern Europe also received a 113-minute version, but their Blu-ray edition is one BD-50 with the film, and a limited selection of extras.

This is the Blu-ray that is exclusive to the Western European/Japanese editions. It contains the extras that are on the second disc of the US edition.
Notice that, because these extras are now not sharing the disc with the Super-Sized version, they are presented here in full 1080p, with over five times the video bitrate of the SD versions.
English subtitles are British English (non-SDH). All subtitling is in white font.

I have not watched the 113-minute cut yet, or gone through all of the extras, but from looking at our review, the extras seem to be identical across all versions (save for Asia/Eastern Europe, who get just one disc and miss most of the extras). This includes the fact that material from the different cuts actually makes up much of the extras.
For example, the BTS documentary appears exactly the same, and for the record, I have actually confirmed that the first part, about the "Big World" musical number (the one in the Super-Sized version) is present on the international bonus disc, since I watched this portion to verify that the subtitles were present.
EDIT: Since the extras are identical in content to those on the US set, the "Big World" musical sequence itself has not been included in the extras on the international release, and thus, does not appear on anywhere in that release.
The 113-minute version does have its own unique content versus the three versions in the US set. The examples that I noted were Ron's comment about Champ being fired (a Pat Summerall reference?) and Champ's subsequent comments in his restaurant advertisement are different. Another oddity is that Harrison Ford's brief re-appearance at the news fight is also missing.
This version of the film contains the "f**k you" that Ron says to Gary in the PG-13 version, but it is not commented on in the audio commentary on this edition. Thus, the audio commentary has been edited. This cut of the film also contains Ron's use of "f**kstick".
Now for the bad news.
I have to be honest, all the versions of this film are starting to run together (especially as I've just now watched the Deleted Scenes and the Extended/Alternate Scenes), but one thing is clear, the subplot with Doby the Shark has been eliminated from this cut of the film.
This accounts for the lion's share of the missing run time, as in its place is one of the short deleted scenes (the "happy" Shark storybook scene). Sadly, because the Doby scenes are not included in the extras, this subplot is missing entirely from the international BD release.
Sorry for bumping this very old thread, but I own the original US 2 disc version, and the first pressing UK 2 disc version. I meant to get a copy of one of the 2 disc sets with the "international" version + the extras in HD, but at the time they were temporarily out of stock, I forgot to keep checking, and now I can't find one.
I checked Amazon.de, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es for a copy of the 2 disc set, and they are no longer available (most were replaced with a single disc version, or simply don't have the film any more).
Does anyone know of a "legit" online store (not an auction site, ...) that is still selling the European 2 disc set (any of the editions that has the 113 version + the extras in HD on a second disc, I don't care if it's the Italian, German, Spanish, ...)?

No, but after reading this thread I picked it up on eBay from rarewaves-outlet. It was only £4.87, looking at it now it's only £4.14
Title is GARY Anchorman 2: Legenden Abf? +Llung Exklusiv Blu-ray Blu-ray NEW and the item picture shows the French 2 disc FNAC exclusive (Legendes Vivantes). That is what I received new and sealed, albeit without any FNAC branding.
I am now going to Frankenstein a 5 disc ultimate set together...
