That would be neat. Especially for a new release film. I think all the WB UCE's are for older films. Although for the 130euro price on AmazonDE, I would wager it comes with a statue. |

You're probably right. Looks like we'll have to wait a while, though. (looks like it comes out Dec. 31)

![]() I think that date is a placeholder. Unless Godzilla goes on to make Frozen type boox office numbers, it should be out early Q4. |

Well, I don't know what you consider old but I really like the Watchmen, Dark knight trilogy and I am Legend set and if this new Godzilla is like those I'll be pretty stoked |

Watched this new Godzilla over the weekend. Can't say I was very impressed. The visual effects were nice enough but if I'm being honest there are plenty of gripes here that show weakness from the newer director.
I could go on but those are my major gripes. Basically the film has a lot of boring moments and there's one moment in particular that didn't make sense (which I won't spoil but it involves a train) considering previous exposition in the film, but all that aside I still rate it a 6/10 for being relatively entertaining and visually interesting if carrying some serious flaws alongside that. Frankly this is a better Godzilla film than the 1998 incarnation, but the 1998 incarnation had better dialogue and characters (particularly Jean Reno's), and I wasn't even a fan of Matthew Broderick in his role.
