Yes, but this is "Last Movie you watched in your Home Theater." They're entirely separate threads. It's like the difference between an elephant and an elephant seal.

I know it's hard to believe but Jaws has been out on Blu-ray for two years now! I haven't seen it since I watched it since 2012, so I thought it would be a great way to start the summer! Man, what a great movie! They would not make a film like this now. John Williams would probably be told to make his music "less thematic" so it doesn't call attention to itself and we would have crazy CGI shark sequences. And Quint's Indianapolis speech would probably be cut to "keep things moving". I'm so glad this film was made in 1975. And I watched it in glorious DTS mono. Oh Yeah.

I watch 95-99% of the movies that I see in my home theatre. I only get out to commercial theatres once every month or two or three, and really can't stand to sit through an entire movie on a computer or even an HDTV set. So basically the long-established "What are you watching tonight" thread pretty much applies to what I'm watching in my home theatre except in very rare cases.

That said, the last thing I watched on my home theatre screen was THE BAMBOO SAUCER:

I watched Star Trek V: The Final Frontier last night on my way through the original 10 movies again. There's nothing better than blue unicorns, exotic dancing Uhura, and Spock singing row row row your boat in high def!
