There've been so many similar threads popping up in the past several weeks that the mods have attempted to consolidate them: Blu-ray in retail stores - reports and anecdotes.

I agree, there have been so many multiple threads lately, alot from new members bringing up recent and even current topics already posted. Glad to see the mods consolidating.

Yeah, I had a thread going about Wal-Mart's stance on Blu-Ray and HD-DVD, it had a lot of posts in it, but now it seems gone.

I assume it's been erased. I used the 'Find more posts' thing but nothing showed up.

Do we get a warning or anything?

We've had endless discussion about how the give away clearance and $199 players will affect the war. Yet another thread on this subject wasn't needed.

Thumbs down

I swear this must be the weirdest website I have ever been on. The most badly managed too.

I posted a message and it appeard after 5 -10 minutes. I went to edit a mispelling and it worked, than I went to add 1) 2) and 3) somewhere in my message and this time it said Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator.

Contacted the admin twice no answer.

My topic is still there in the newbie discussion called: Will Blu Ray Dvds work on my TV?

10 minutes later I reposted the same post, I tried to remember as much as I could, it's pretty long, only this time nothing seems to appear. Title was different as well.

I long in this morning I click on my user name it says I'm not registered, I click on the activation link from my email and it says I'm already registered. I click on my user name it says I'm not registered.

So I click on the link that says register by entering your activation code, I do that than it says I;ve already been registered yet this time it f_kn allows me.

In there I find the place where it shows my total posts (1 post), I click on that same and it says the same ting: Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator.

Some other posts from other say the same thing, others work. What a weirdo website, thank goodness I wont have to be hear again once I find what Im looking for, which is does this tv support ps3 blu ray dvds http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-46H83-.../dp/B000093URM

and will they be shown in 1080i format.

Easywolf32:

1. You first need to activate/verify your account by copy-pasting the verification link you receive in register e-mail.

2. After registering you can only create new threads in the Newbie Discussion forum, however, after 7 days you can create threads in all forums.

3. Your posts weren't displayed because they were flagged by our spam filter. Probably because you had just signed up and started posting links immediately or other things the spam filter flagged as possible spam. We are sorry about the inconvenience, but this is unfortunately necessary to stop spam and abuse. That's also the reason for number 2.

Wow. All those problems. Couldn't be user error, could it?
