Default Patrick: Evil Awakens missing UV

I just got Patrick off Amazon (it was sealed and everything) and it doesn't appear to have a UV code with it yet the box says it comes with a digital copy. Anyone else have this issue? I tried emailing the company and got no response so far.

The digital copy for this movie is pathetically enough just an MP4 file at the same resolution as a PSVita (960x540, QHD) which is better than DVD quality except they compress it too much so it's kind of not.
