Default POTC Trilogy Boxset

I know POTC 1 and 2 have done considerably well for catalog titles, but I was wondering if the numbers might be quite a bit lower because of people like me who are not buying them until a trilogy box set is available...

Mind you, if the discs are in some sort of fold-out case, it's a no go, I'll get them individually. I'm just holding off for now because I don't want to run the risk of Pirates 3 having a completely different spine thus making the trilogy look stupid in my stack, like so many movies did on DVD.

So, just want to see how many OCD people like me are out there. Do you care if the spines look different? Are you holding off the purchase of POTC 1 and 2 in the hope for a trilogy boxset?

I got Pirates 1 and 2 in the BOGO sale a while back. I like uniform, individual cases. The Spider-man trilogy was an exception since it came with 3 individual cases inside (and Spidey 1 and 2 were only available in the 3-pack).

I guess I'd rather have them look like they belong together, but I won't lose any sleep over it if that is not the case.

I won't re-buy them to get a boxed trilogy, that is for sure.

I am sure that this will be impacted by how many copies of the original 2 movies have been manufactured and how many of those produced have been sold. As someone has pointed out, after the BOGO sales, perhaps these titles have sold in the 45k - 50K range. If Disney produced in the 100k range, you won't see a box set for some time to come because there are too many individual copies out there to sell first.

Besides, if they were going for a box set any time soon, you'd probably have seen that at this point, when the third title was coming out.

I wonder if they have a yellow pages section for "Anal Retentive - Proctologist" doctors, lol

Did they ever fix the problems that the second movie was having? That is one of the main reasons that I was holding off on getting it.

A box set would be nice though.
