Question Strength of Steelbook

Funny story, some few months ago I accidentally sat on my Evil Dead US Target exclusive (not sure who released it in other countries) Steelbook, it took me about a minute realize what I was sitting on (never Leave blu rays on a chair). Now you would think that it would have become instantly destroyed, but to my Luck its virtually still mint! There is one small ding but if I where not to point it out I doubt anyone would see it.

I guess my 135 pound ass wasn't big enough to damage this mighty steel book, probably if it were the cheappy best buy steel books it would have Left significant damage.

Ok so maybe this wasn't funny but whatever.

The fact you only weigh 135lbs. is more than likely the reason why you didn't do much to it. I'm 6'3" and a solid 280 lbs, and I know for sure I would annihilate a steelbook if I sat on one.

Steelbooks are all made of the same exact material, the only difference is the finish.

Are you sure, I could've sworn those Best Buy steels were made of aluminum foil. It even says ALUMINUMBOOK on the inside.

It's the new method of custom debossing.

Don't know. Skimmed through the post myself. All I saw was "steelbook, my ass". Must be talking about those darn metalpaks.
