Default Samsung Model ?

Just looking for some information on a Samsung flat panel.

I just bought a Samsung 40" LCD (LNT4061FX) and was wondering if its a decent TV.

It's still in the sealed OEM box and I can always return it for a different model if this one isn't up to par.

Let me know...

i have the 32 and im preeeettty happy with it... if i could go back and get something esle i would tho...
there have been some problems with my set... the sound lags a bit when you change chanels (like only one speaker works then it kicks in late)
overall i'd give it a 7.5/10 i'm happy with it for now but as soon as its paid off (about a year) i'll for sure stick it in my bathroom or something and get another one for my room

According to the reviews posted at Amazon by 101 people, it's an outstanding TV. The newer and more expensive LNT4065F has better contrast ratio 15,000:1 while LNT4061F has 10,000:1. LNT4065F seems more popular at Amazon.

I have the 4661F wich is exactly the same specs but 6" bigger. I love it and I think that the picture quality is really good.

For best viewing experience, I suggest you calibrate it to get the best colors possible. The 65F series has better contrast but looks a little like a plasma TV. It is glossy and if you have light behind you, you may see reflexion.

I use it with a 60GB PS3 and I'm satisfied
