I might be interested in this as I recently wanted to get a steel for this movie ..

Quick (somewhat off-topic) question though, does it really matter where the steel is made (Denmark for example in this case) ? I've seen this mentioned for some steels, but don't know if it's just purely FYI or if it actually means something ..

I believe the Denmark factory is the main one and might put out more quality releases/have better QA. I think it's preferred over the Asian one.

No lenticular needed for this one. High quality full slip is the way to go with Gladiator.

And I would really like to see the english title "Gladiator" on the steel and the slip, not chinese letters.

North American ones come from a Canadian plant, I believe. That info used to be on http://steelbook.com/. I'm trying to find where it says that now.

The only way I know how to get these items before-hand is via a Group Buy on Hi-Def Ninja. We have no contacts on here that deal with HDZeta, or that have done so in the past...

Hey, maybe HDN upgraded their servers since the HTTYD group buy.

Probably not though.

I don't think I really want to spend $60-70 on this title anyway, especially with all of the sweet Blufans and Plain Archive releases coming out over the next few months. If it looks epic, which after the art choices for HTTYD I don't have much faith in that, I will have to at least try to get in on the GB.

Yeah, it still really surprises me that LoA and HTTYD don't sell for too much over their GB prices on eBay. I thought they would be a little more expensive, especially LoA.
