Default Sears A3 at 169.99 sells less than 1k

Just thought I let you guys know that the a3 for 169.99 only moved a little more than 900 units, not very good at all. I was suprised, I thought they would sell more, but the less the better. BDP-s300 still selling very strong, and a definate jump now that its priced at 399.99 Well happy holidays, and Ill keep you updated. I guess toshiba trained the customer the wrong way, they will only by dud if its 99 dollars.

Well If I were the BD camp I would lower the hammer now during the Holiday season because I am starting to see a lot of people I know picking up the cheap HD-DVD players and going with the 10 free movies... I mean we have had HD-DVD down, it is time to deal a death blow, lower the fricking prices of the players now!!! I belong to another smaller forum and everyone on there is talking about picking up the A2/A3 and even the A35 now because they are cheap...

Cool Toshiba A3...Guilty as charged

Just purchased my well researched Sony Bravia 32" "S" Series for my computer room which hosts my XBOX 360 (PS3 is on 46" TV in Family room), Anyway, I gave in to Amazon.com which offered 10 HDDVD's and the player to my door for $203...sorry guys I couldn't resist such a good offer especially since the Blu-Ray players haven't come close to breaking price..>>>tsk<<<so much for the rewards of BLACK FRIDAY...

No need for apologies
You Didn't choose quality but instead decided to spend less to get less in the HD-DUD format..Your loss.
That would make you a very uneducated consumer trying to save a buc.

Probably more confident that by the time we've watched enough Blu-ray movies, HD DVD players will be in the $20 discount bin. I can hold out for that.

Okay guys. We will not tolerate any discussions regarding piracy on these forums. Just don't do it.
