I think they will probably be the lead manufacturer in Europe.

Europe only represents a small market for the next-gen formats. However, if European AV buyers would show nationalism on their next purchase(s), who would they support more?:

Philips Blu-ray devices versus Toshiba HD-E1 and HD-XE1 HD-DVD.

Assuming of course, they exercise nationalism here.
