The only ones that exist, as far as I know, are French and Dutch and they do not have English subtitles. I haven't got either of these since, as a provincial American, I'm not fluent in any language but English.

One user review on this site gives the picture on the French discs a 3/5.

If you know French and/or Dutch you might try asking on the French and/or Benelux subforums in International.
