After years since the US got the first few volumes, this show finally makes a UK release.
However, i should point out the flaws on the DVD information. It is NOT the entire Season 1. But Season 1 VOLUME 1. Amazon have put that correctly on their title. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazing-Worl.../dp/B00A4E8XF6 But they have also put the info wrong on the episode list. It is not in the same order as they were aired. As this is taken from other european releases, the 6 episodes (12 11-minute episodes) on this disc are as follows: 1) The Third/The Debt 2) The Pressure/The Painting 3) The Responsible/ The Dress 4) The Laziest/The Ghost 5) The Mystery/The Prank 6) The GI/The Kiss This is only a third of the season, yet for some reason they claim it on the cover as "The Amazing Season 1". While Adventure Time Season 2 and Regular Show Season 1 came out in the same month, they were in complete form. So, despite only one volume out in other countries, why couldn't this be released entirely? especially when the show is in it's 3rd season run, and two more have been announced. Nevertheless, it's worth buying. maybe if sales improve, they rush out the next few volumes, and more seasons faster. |

Well, here in the US the entirety of Season 1 was split into three standalone DVDs. The only "special feature" on all of them were character bios.
Season 2 isn't even on disc yet, at least in the States. I am still awaiting for a complete season pack (of any season) on Blu-ray someday. |

Here in America, Regular Show, Adventure Time and well the 1st Season of Gumball has all of these single Volumes and then eventually got a Season boxset(except for Gumball which makes me think that the DVDs for Gumball didn't sell that well or just did ok. Like make a bunch of Volumes and then a complete Season boxset. Typical business practices especially with cartoons.
Warner Brothers even made a re-release of the 1st Gumball DVD for the U.S. but just renamed it to The Amazing World of Gumball & Friends. |

Twelve Season 2 episodes are now in a bare-bones DVD in the US, but's it's only available through made-to-order on WBshop.
http://www.wbshop.com/product/the+am...+1000532689.do Don't know the list of episodes, but seems to have Knights, Colossus, Phone, Halloween, and Remote judging from the description. |
