Default PS3 Remote Problem

well most the time when im playing i will have a loss connection between my remote and the ps3 thus freezing my last movement. for example. ill be shooting some one on COD4 and it will drop signal for 2-3 sec. those 2-3 sec were crucial to me. remote is fully charged. doesnt happen when im plugged. anyone else have this problem? just want to know if i need a new remote. i really want this resolved. i have an embarrasing amount of dying to do on COD

I've got two 2.4GHz phones, a bluetooth Apple keyboard, WiFi from the Wii active for Wii Connect 24, WiFi from my PC and there's 6 Wireless Networks in the area from my neighbours. Despite this I don't think I've ever experienced a bluetooth dropout on my SIXAXIS, it surprises me when people say they've had this problem.

You should not experience drop outs with your PS3 controller, that is the beauty of Blue Tooth, it is not susceptible to interference the way RF wireless devices are. I'd say there is something wrong with the controller you are using.

If you have another controller or acces to another controller, maybe you can try that one and see if there is a similar occurence.

you dont change the batteries. just charge them. I had a problem with my head set dropping out but an up date about 4 months ago fixed the problem.

Same here. I've got wireless phones, wireless keyboards, 3 sets of wireless headphones (that occasionally pick up phone conversations from people near me), and 3 wireless networks within range and the bluetooth on both of my PS3s has always been fine (no dropouts).

Never had a problem here either.
Must be something wring with the controller. Maybe exchange it or send it into sony. Is it really really really dusty??

Default Losing Control of Controller...

Am I some sort of freak or something? My girlfriend and I have been playing Lego Star Wars a lot lately, and I keeps losing control of my character. But it's not just on that game, it's on all games I've played on the PS3 and on every one of 3 controllers. It's like back in the olden days when you'd turn on a system while accidently holding down a button. Well this loses sync with my PS3 very frequently and acts like I am still holding down a button. Needless to say, it's gotten me killed a few times now. Am I the only one experiencing this? I did a search and couldn't find anything. My girlfriend says she's never noticed, so we switched controllers and sure enough, it started doing it when I was using her controller as well. I've been told it's a flaw of BlueTooth, but that's pretty weird that it's only happening when I am using the controller.

Only One time I had a problem where the controller thought the analog stick was being held down. Turned off and on the controller and it was fine. Sorry bro, I don't know why the hell it would happen on all your controllers :X

Wow, I thought I was crazy!
It has prob happened 2-3 times throughout Uncharted. I have no Idea what did it, but after I died it was normal. Weird?

That's exactly the problem though. My character will move forward when I am not pressing anything and also on Resistance the camera will start circling. It's the oddest thing ever!

Heres the defining question. Do the new batteries on your watch go out after 3 to 6 months consistantly?
