Madagascar 3 gone from VUDU library - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone else have Madagascar 3 on VUDU via UV redemption? Mine disappeared recently and I emailed support.

At first they said it was something wrong with UV account and then when I confirmed that it worked on Flixster and TargetTicket, they said that it's a problem on their end. Now I've got an open ticket with a reply that says that I just need to be patient and when it's fixed, the movie will be back in my VUDU library.

Obviously I don't need to see this immediately, but I'm curious if this is a widespread problem. I guess the more people complain, the faster it will get fixed.

Now the thing that worries me is that this just adds fuel to the fire that digital is vaporware...

Looks like I lost Madagacar 3 on Flixster. It became another one of my "playback unavailable" movies.

One of the reasons I still prefer owning physical media - there have been cases of providers erasing content for various reasons (ie: licensing).

At the end of the day it's as simple as a provider 'flipping a switch' and access to a title (or your entire library) can be cut off.

That is true and that is why we need CFF soon.

I noticed Madagascar 3 disappeared around the same time i got Oculus on flixster which didn't redeem on flixster for for the first couple of months. now Oculus and Out of the Furnace are unplayable on flixster along with Mada 3, but Mada 3 is the only one gone from Vudu. WTF?!
