Now I know a lot of you cannot stand Digital 3D and wish it to die, but I thought it was still worth posting this because it appears that they will have it available on Vudu. I have no idea whether this will have a physical release at a later date or not.

Even though it's not officially listed on Vudu I found that they will be carrying:

I went here: http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...the-NeverBeast then I right clicked and selected "Copy image URL" then I got this http://images2.vudu.com/poster2/616285-l and started changing the number at the end and found it.

I was looking for it because I wasn't sure whether it would get a 3D release on Vudu or not

It may be getting a 3D release in the UK

though I haven't seen anything for it yet.

It isn't getting a 3D BD release from what I've seen of future press releases for the US though

I don't expect a UK 3D version. I suspect it either won't hit BD3D anywhere in the world (The Pirate Fairy) or will hit BD3D only in Latin America (Planes: Fire & Rescue).

You know this really makes me curious on what The Pirate Fairy 3D MKV file was created from. It apparently was made with BD3D2MK3D...

Well, whoever made that illegal copy didn't make it from an official BD3D release, because there is none.

Disney bailing out of 3D is real bad.

Usually whatever Disney says,.. goes.

I don't want 3D to die... I mean,... I have 110 3D BD's... But I won't import disney movies for 3D. If Disney wanted me to have it they would have released it here.

Screw that, I import that sh**! They aren't going to prevent me from seeing it the way it was originally intended.

As for the two most recent Tinkerbell films, if they aren't available on disc in any country, there really isn't much we can do.

Watching them on Vudu is the next best thing. I don't care to support 3D that way, but it at least gives a way to view it if it isn't available anywhere I can import from.

Officially, only the preorder for the 3D/2D bundle is here right now; they still don't have the 3D out yet. But then ever since Vudu joined DMA, Disney has insisted their 3D titles be sold as bundles so the 2D version will carry over to DMA; IMO that's better than Vudu-only 3D.

Of course, I agree that there should be less hate for 3D streaming of this movie than Frozen, BH6, etc.; there's less to argue about when Disney doesn't release the movie on BD3D at all anywhere in the world (as with NeverBeast & Pirate Fairy).

Vudu had the 2D/3D bundle listed for sale but they forgot to actually put the 3D version up at first

For those who care, I can now report that it has both the 2D and 3D versions of the film.

3D version is also on the Playstation store for 29.99. Sadly, it's not DMA enabled like Vudu, but if you already have the blu ray, this option can save you 5 bucks.

Doesn't look like it (from anywhere).
Digital seems to be the only option for 3D on this title
