I can't wait for this one either. I know it will be Blu as it is a Sony picture, but do you have a link to verify the date??

the studio has informed retailers that the Josh Hartnett-starrer will sink its teeth into both Blu-ray and standard-def DVD on February 19, 2008

Yeah I saw this in the theater and it definitly brings back the scary to the vampire genre!!!

There are ALLOT of low budget vampire movies made and not too many good ones lately.

30 Days of Night was a pretty fresh take on the genre and done quite well. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie. If you have not seen it yet I would recommend the blind buy.

Can't wait for this one guys!! This is a cool film. Week ending, but alltogether very entertaining!

Almost forgot that it is due out in Feb

I can't wait to see this film, it looks rad!... I believe its based on a book correct? it should be good and Sam Raimi produced it to so thats a plus, very excited to see this movie.

P.S. by the way Tru to Blu, awesome friggin ava man!

It's based on a graphic novel.

I am on the fence about this one. I watched it a couple weeks ago and it was good. However, as some have said before - it felt like the movie was just one long night. It did not feel like 30 days.

Not sure whether I will buy on Blu or not. I will have to wait and see. Maybe get it used and save myself some green
