United Kingdom Game of Thrones Season 2 question...

In the episode "What is Dead May never Die" has anyone else noticed a strange little glitch.

In the scene where sansa is talking with the queen around the table the millisecond the shot switches to sansa her face appeared to be full of tiny pinholes for a millisecond?

The first time I watched the disc I never noticed it and my missus still can't see it after playing it twice to her can someone confirm my eyes aren't going?

Thanks.

It is VERY brief.

Checked again and it's not even on her face it's within the frame/shot change
can't even catch it with a pause. Not really worth mentioning I can't even see it everytime don't know how I noticed it and now I feel a bit mad

Ignore.

Don't worry, I spot this type of error a lot on TV shows. Drives me mad, but I tended to find AMC shows were the worst for some reason.
