Default The Ultimate marvel marathon from iron man 1 to the avengers 2 April 29, 2015

All 11 movies to play in the marathon. From iron man 1 to Avengers 2. It does include the guardians of the galaxy. here is the link:
http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/new...aters#/slide/1

I attended the first one back in 2012. It was great since the audience was really into it. it was sold out as well.

cinemark will be doing a double feature of avengers 1 and 2.

Sounds awesome! I love those types of events. I went to the Dark Knight trilogy marathon at AMC leading up to DKR, and it was just amazing to set that time aside and totally escape into a movie universe. I won't be able to do this one, but I'll probably do a Phase 2 marathon at home over the course of a week.

I couldn't possibly sit through more than 24 hours of movies.

I'll do my marathon at home. I'll watch a movie a day, in theatrical release order, leading up to Ultron. Then I'll watch Avengers again right before seeing Age of Ultron.

Since they didn't do a marathon for xmen, I did one at home two weeks before the release of the latest xmen movie.

This seems like a HORRIBLE way to watch these films. Talk about sucking the enjoyment out of the experience.

They should do this in IMAX and charge one ticket price and screen 2 movies back-to-back during the week until Avengers 2.

I'd consider this if they replayed in IMAX. I've been begging AMC & IMAX to 'replay the greatest hits' in the middle of the week when the theaters are dead. The IMAX Encore of Interstellar was completely packed, so I know it'd be better than the 6 people that show up for the 1pm Wednesday IMAX showing and it'd give me the opportunity to see movies I like again.
